Is Brave Dog Right For My Dog?
Our Brave Dog Program is designed for dogs who are shy, cautious, hesitant, or lack confidence. Some examples of this behavior could be unwillingness to approach people, startling at noises, avoiding certain areas or surfaces out of fear, and many more (this is by no means a complete list, and other scenarios may make your dog a great candidate for the Brave Dog program).
If your dog shows reluctance in consuming treats in unfamiliar surroundings or is reactive (bark/lunge) towards people or dogs, your dog's behavior will be best addressed through private coaching.
Brave Program Description
In Brave Dog, we will grow your dog's confidence with activities to build brave behavior around people, dogs, the environment, and more. We'll do this through teaching your dog skills and specific desensitization activities. We'll work at your dog's pace and adjust activities as needed for success. Our group classes not only provide a cost-effective option but also provides the opportunity for your dog to build confidence around other dogs and people.
Enrollment in our Brave Dog Program is $200; a 6-week class.
Class Information
New program start dates will be updated on our website periodically. Please continue to check back for upcoming times. Each program consists of 6, 50 min sessions. Classes will take place on the same date and time each week.
